Hi, I’m Zoe

Career coach, educator, and your go-to for real, practical career guidance.

As a business owner, leader, mother and defence spouse, I know how complex careers can be—especially when life doesn’t follow a straight path. Whether you’re balancing motherhood and ambition, navigating a relocation, or rethinking what’s next, it’s easy to feel stuck. That’s where I come in.

  • My work is grounded in a narrative, or career construction, approach.

That means we don’t just look at job titles or quick fixes—we explore your story, your strengths, and what matters most to you to build a career that feels aligned and sustainable.

Together, we connect the dots between where you’ve been and where you want to go, so your next step makes sense.

The kind of guidance that helps you:

    • get clear

    • make confident decisions

    • take action

Because your career should feel like something you’re actively constructing—not something you’ve fallen into.

  • I bring extensive leadership and career coaching experience across the Australian higher education sector.

I’m a Registered Professional Career Development Practitioner (RPCDP) and a Professional Member of the Career Development Association of Australia (CDAA), with a Master of Business Administration (Leadership).

I also teach university subjects in career development and work-integrated learning.

  • I know what it’s like to adapt, pivot, and rebuild—and how important the right support is during those moments.

As an ADF spouse, I understand the impact of the posting cycle on career continuity.
